Prairie Playhouse presents Disney's Aladdin Jr. at The Armory, Brighton

Prairie Playhouse, a local family theater, kicks off its Junior production performance on Friday, September 9 with the musical stage adaptation of Disney's hit animated film, Aladdin. Take a magical adventure to the enchanted city of Agrabah where street rat Aladdin becomes a prince after falling in love with the beautiful Princess Jasmine.

Join all your favorite characters, including Aladdin, Jasmine, a wish-granting Genie, comedic parrot, evil villains, loving Sultan, and an energetic ensemble of townspeople, in another spectacular PPH Jr musical production. This musical features Academy Award-winning songs from the film including “A Whole New World” and “Friend Like Me”. A one-act show that appeals to all ages runs only a little bit more than an hour.

The show stars a junior cast of talented performers ages between 7 to 13 and is produced and directed by Shauna Marble, co-directed by Bekah Brown, and choreographed by Lorelei Thorne. For more details, see www.prairieplayhouse.com.
